Sometimes you need some help with keeping your home clean and tidy, maybe the laundry and ironing is mounting up, the dishes need doing and bathroom is really in need of a good clean, the garden needs some attention and the giant pile of clutter needs sorting through and taking to the charity shop or the bin, which needs putting out!
There are always jobs to do to ensure the safe running of a clean and ordered home as you know and often it can be overwhelming for less mobile clients. We can also assist with meal preparation, work with you to maybe batch cook some meals for the week, check sell by dates on food while we clear the cupboards out and then help ensure healthy eating plans are followed.
Each week we all have these and other demands on our time and capability, so Meadows Homecare are able to ease some of this work by putting together your individually personalised support plan to ensure that when our carers make regular home help visits to take on some of the more challenging weekly tasks it makes life easier for you and your loved ones. This allows family members to concentrate on socialising with loved ones instead of spending limited available time mopping the floor or sorting the washing and ironing. Importantly, our carers are insured whilst at work and experienced in other aspects of care should your needs change and that allows for consistent care as time goes by.
