Dementia Care

Your needs, Your care, Your way

Caring for a loved one living with Dementia can sometimes be stressful for families. Here at Meadows Homecare we train our staff to support clients to follow routine with bathing, dressing, nutrition and medication management.

Our fully trained carers can also help manage symptoms by maintaining activities and engagement through a fully developed individualised care plan. With understanding and compassion Meadows Homecare can help our clients to continue living at home with dignity and independence, whilst also providing support for their families
